The negative emotions we experience throughout our lives can become stored energy and express themselves as pain within the body. If they are not given the space to be fully expressed, these energetic blockages can make it difficult to hear the untapped wisdom within ourselves. Through breathwork and connecting with your intuition, Abbie helps you feel safe with your emotions, embody your intuition, and heal your trauma so you can embrace your whole, authentic self. Getting in touch with our inner knowing is the key to living a happy and fulfilling life.

Emotional Trauma Release

We all have old beliefs and experiences that our mind and body have held on to, even if it is no longer serving us. The loss of a loved one, divorce, childhood struggles, sadness, and worthiness. In this 45-minute session, Abbie holds space for you to ALLOW your emotions. You will experience the relief that comes with releasing these old trapped patterns of energy and truly start to HEAL that part of you.

Breathwork for Healing & Transformation

Breathwork is the most powerful tool you will ever find: “Like 20 years of therapy without saying a word.” This 45-minute guided Breathwork session is for everyday people who are struggling. You will reconnect with your body and access your innate wisdom, safety, and calm. Breathwork is easy to learn, and you will feel its life-changing effects from the very first session.

Amplify Your Intuition

We all have a tendency to look outside ourselves for the answers, but, in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with our natural intuition. In this 60-minute session, you will connect with your own inner knowing, release emotional blocks, and explore the mind’s questions and worries about your relationships, health, abundance, parenting, career/school – receiving deep inner guidance on all aspects of your life.

Through her training as an Inner Voice Facilitator and Breathwork Mediation Teacher, Abbie Lynn Atkins hopes to guide people into their bodies, to feel safe with their emotions, release stored trauma, and gain clarity. Her passion lies in the belief that our deepest and most profound healing occurs when we learn to listen to the unique language of our bodies with tenderness and compassion

All sessions with Abbie Atkins will be held via Zoom at a place most comfortable for you.  Cameras remain off for each session, so feel free to get comfortable in your bed, on your couch, or wherever.
