Mental Strength Training involves the use of researched-based techniques to coach athletes and teams on how to compete while becoming mentally in-tune with oneself to achieve peak performance. Learning techniques to manage stress, emotions, and relaxation can positively influence overall results and produce greater focus both in and out of competition. Employing a growth mindset, visualization, and reframing pressure has proven to be effective in enhancing overall confidence levels.
The development of measurable goals, improvement routines, and a mental workout program while creating a competition plan will strengthen your ability to sustain focus and respond to adversity. A growth mindset encourages confidence, motivation, and relaxation during practice and performance.
